LAWineFest supplies our exhibitors the following:

  • One 6-ft table, an 8-ft umbrella OR shared canopy, chair, table signage, linens
  • Company listing in program book and linked on LAWineFest website
  • Ice bucket, spit bucket, and fresh ice
  • 2 exhibitor badges per paid exhibit space
  • ABC department paperwork submission and management. (Note that the ABC fee is included in the registration fee and is NOT additional)
  • LAWineFest volunteer support

Those wineries interested in participating in the new Boutique Winery Garden must have an annual production volume of less than 1500 cases/year. Only 12 spots available!

New Refer-a-Friend incentive! Bring in another winery or brewery that has not participated in the 2014 or 2015 event and earn a $50 discount on your registration fee!

Payment/Cancellation Policy:
To receive date-dependent discounts, payment must be received by last day in that discount’s time window.

Cancellation Notice:
Must be in writing. If received by March 1, 2016, 50% of your payment will be refunded.  After March 1st or in the event the WineFest is cancelled due to Act of God or Force Majeure, no refunds will be issued.
